This website ("website") is operated by Schulman's Home Inc., which includes Schulman's Home stores, and Schulman's Home Private Sales. This privacy policy only covers information collected at this website and does not cover any information collected offline by Schulman's Home. All Schulman's Home websites are covered by this privacy policy.

Products

Product images on the website may vary in color on different devices and/or computer displays due to differences in display technology and how colors may be represented. Complete effort has been made to ensure that all products on the site are accurately represented, and in some cases, will be subject to images as provided by suppliers. All available products represented on the site will be subject to availability for delivery within South Africa only. Please refer to the Deliveries & Returns section for delivery details.

Listed Prices are valid for the day they are viewed; however, World Focus (PTY) LTD trading as Schulman’s Home reserves the right to change pricing subject to stock availability from suppliers, without prior notice, without incurring any liability whatsoever. Errors and omissions will prevail where applicable.

Where an error has been inadvertently made regarding product, price, color, or any other relevant content, World Focus (PTY) LTD trading as Schulman’s Home is not obliged to provide the client with the affected product, but will make every effort to contact the client to notify them of the error. In such cases, the client will be entitled to cancel the online order, and an in-store credit will be passed for the full amount.

World Focus (PTY) LTD trading as Schulman’s Home cannot guarantee the availability of stock but will endeavor to source stock where possible to fulfill your online order to the discretion of the customer. If items cannot be delivered, World Focus (PTY) LTD trading as Schulman’s Home will proceed to contact the customer based on the information provided at registration and offer either the option to cancel the order or provide alternatives if applicable. If World Focus (PTY) LTD trading as Schulman’s Home is unable to supply or fulfill each and every item ordered or in the quantities ordered and cannot contact the customer, the customer nevertheless agrees to accept delivery and make payment for the items correctly delivered.

Occasionally, the site will offer special sales and/or promotions that may be subject to availability over a specific period and under certain conditions. Please be advised that the specific conditions will prevail over the standard policies as defined under our Terms and Conditions.

Orders

All orders placed via the website will be considered as an offer to purchase the ordered product and will be subjected to the terms and conditions as defined herein. A confirmation email will be sent to the client's email address with the details of the products that have been ordered, including an order reference number used for tracking purposes. Acceptance and confirmation of delivery will only be completed once the full payment for the ordered product has been confirmed via the payment process as specified herein.

Cancellation of an order can only be effected by contacting our Schulman’s Home store before the following day close of trade and within trading hours. Any orders cancelled after this time period will result in the client being charged the delivery service charge. An in-store credit will be passed for the cancelled product.

If payments are cancelled for any reason, or the payment method is terminated or deemed not to be valid, the client will be bound to pay the full purchase price, including all costs incurred by World Focus (PTY) LTD trading as Schulman’s Home for the recovery thereof. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies in law, World Focus (PTY) LTD trading as Schulman’s Home reserves the right to cancel forthwith any sale and/or a client’s registration in the event of a breach of any terms.

Risk and Ownership

Risk in the Products shall pass to the client by acceptance of the Products by your authorized representative on delivery. World Focus (PTY) LTD trading as Schulman’s Home will retain ownership in the Products until payment has been received in full.

Payments

Payments to be completed either via credit card, EFT, or through a recognized third-party payment provider before confirmation of delivery is forwarded. Only once confirmation of payment is received by World Focus (PTY) LTD trading as Schulman’s Home will the order be processed and prepared for delivery.

Order processing will be subject to a first-come, first-served basis, and no reservation of any product will be permitted unless arrangements are made after payments for delayed deliveries at the discretion of the client, which must be clearly stipulated under Special Instructions at the time of placing the order.

Online Account Registration

To make online shopping faster and easier, you may register on the Schulman's Home website. As a registered customer, you only have to enter your shipping addresses and billing information once; they will be securely stored with us for your future use. Using your name and a password of your choice, you may access your account online at any time to add, delete, or change information. If you are using a public computer, we strongly encourage you to Sign Out when you finish shopping. Your information will still be stored with us but it will not be accessible to anyone else from that computer.

Emails

You will receive promotional emails from us only if you have asked to receive them. If you do not want to receive email from Schulman's Home or its affiliates you can click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email communication sent by us. Please allow us 3 business days from when the request was received to complete the removal, as some of our promotions may already have been in process before you submitted your request.
